Star Patriot Consulting was founded by leaders who served as commissioned officers in the United States Army. We built this firm because we kept seeing the same gap: government programs that needed people who could think strategically, execute operationally, and write a clean contract deliverable — without losing sight of why the mission existed in the first place.
Headquartered in the Greater Washington, D.C. region, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with federal program offices, state agencies, county governments, and prime contractors. We're small by design. We staff every engagement with senior practitioners, not pyramid teams.
